Upon your arrival at Ahmedabad airport/railway station, you are greeted by our tour representative who escorts you to the hotel. Check in, freshen up and later proceed for a city tour of Ahmedabad. Places visited during this tour are the famed Akshardham temple, Hutheesing Jain temple and the historic Sabarmati Gandhi ashram. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.
Post breakfast we leave for Jamnagar en route the famous Rani ki Vav step well. On reaching Jamnagar, check into hotel and later proceed to visit the renowned Bala Hanuman temple towards the evening. The temple has global fame as Guinness book of world records recognizes the temple for the incessant chanting of Ram Dhun since the year 1964.
Next day we leave for Dwarka post breakfast. On reaching, check into hotel, freshen up and later proceed for a sightseeing tour of Dwarka during which we visit places like Dwarkadheesh temple, Beyt Dwarka, Rukmini Temple, Gopi Talav and Nageshwar Jyotirlingam. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.
Next day morning we hit the road for Somnath and en route visit Kirti Mandir and Sudama temple at Porbandar. On reaching Somnath, check into hotel and later proceed to visit the famous Lord Shiva Jyotirlingam of Somnath as well as the Bhalka Tirth temple. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.
Next day we drive down to Gir. On reaching check into forest rest house and later proceed for a jungle jeep safari in the Gir National Park which boasts of conserving the most famous and endangered Asiatic lions and many other such rare fauna and flora. Back to forest rest house for dinner and night stay.
Next day after breakfast we leave for Daman and Diu. Reach and check into hotel and later set out to explore the beaches at these coastal towns and some other sightseeing places such as Bom Jesus Church, Fort Jerome, Gangeshwar temple, Lighthouse, Zampa gateway. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.
Next day post breakfast we drive back to Ahmedabad. On reaching, you are transferred directly to airport/station where our representative sees you off and you proceed for your onward journey back home with lots of happy memories of the Gujarat-Diu Holiday trip.

Ahmedabad is the starting point of the Gujarat Diu tour. From Ahmedabad, your journey will start and you’ll visit other destinations such as Jamnagar, Ahmedabad, Dwarka, and Somnath. You’ll also visit Gir and get a chance to see endangered Asiatic lions at Gir National Park.

We were awestruck by this temple, the carving is sublime! We went Saturday morning and enjoyed listening to the temple music. It was really peaceful and calm. You can take lovely photos outside but inside just enjoy the experience, no cameras allowed.Thank you Gujarat Expert for a memorable trip!

I go to the Statue of Unity one-day tour, tour started from Ahmedabad with Gujarat Expert, and this was a fantastic family experience. The tour was good, with comfortable transportation from Ahmedabad to the Statue of Unity. Our guide shared details about the SOU. We had enough time to explore the museum and valley of flowers.
