Gujarat is one state where you would find ethnicity and modernity complementing each other. Gujarat’s varied topography makes it a veritable hub for passionate vacationers who get the opportunity to explore hills, vales, beaches, wildlife, deserts all within one state.
This desert-beach tour of Gujarat will let you get introduced to the ‘best’ that Gujarat has to offer. From the marvelous architecture of palatial monuments to sun-kissed scenic beaches to the simmering silvery salt marshes of the Rann, you would get in fact everything to explore and enjoy.
On reaching Ahmedabad station or airport, you are greeted by our tour representative who then escorts you down to Wankaner. Wankaner is a historical and princely city which had been the 11-Gun salute state of the British Raj. Today Wankaner is known for its many palatial buildings and monuments. On reaching Wankaner, check into hotel; rest and relax for some time and then set out on a city tour of Wankaner visiting places such as Hazrat Shah Bava Dargah Shariff, Ranjit Villas palace and Ceramic zone. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.
Next day, we set out for Mandvi post breakfast. On reaching check into hotel and relax for sometime after which you could proceed for Mandvi sightseeing. The places included in our sightseeing agenda are Vijay Vilas Palace; a world heritage site that aptly mirrors the grandeur of ornate Rajput architecture, Navjivan Nature Care Centre; a haven for rejuvenating natural medical therapies and the beautiful Mazar-e-Noorani, an amazing white Mazaar with a sacred and serene ambiance. The evening is left free to stroll around on Mandvi’s splendid beaches and enjoy the magnificent views of the setting sun. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.
Next day, we hit the road for Bhuj, a city well known for its rich wildlife, rich culture and many architectural marvels. On reaching check into hotel, freshen up and then set out for the sightseeing of Bhuj. Swaminarayan temple, Kutch museum, Cenotaphs complex, Aina Mahal, Prag Mahal are covered during this Bhuj sightseeing. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay.
On the morning of Day 4, we make an excursion to the Rann of Kutch, the chief highlight of the tour. The sight of the far-flung stretches of white shimmering desert land which is basically a saline marsh, gives you an out-of-the-world experience indeed. Enjoy a memorable desert safari on the Rann of Kutch during which you could spot herds of some rare animals such as blackbuck, jackal, desert fox, wild ass swishing past you. Back to Bhuj to rest overnight at the hotel.
Next day, we checkout from hotel and you are transferred to Ahmedabad station/airport where our representative sees you off and you proceed for your onward journey back home taking lots of happy memories with you.

It has many famous beaches including Mandvi Beach, Kasi Vishvanath Beach, and Wind Farms Beach. With their golden sands, the calming breeze, and the gentle lull of the waves these beaches are ideal for relaxation and serenity.
Wankaner is a historical city in Gujarat known for its serene lakes, majestic palaces, and delicious cuisine. Ranjit Vilas Palace is the prime attraction of Wankaner known for its mesmerizing lake and beautiful garden. Other popular attractions of Wankaner include the Royal Oasis, Prag Mahal, Ranmal Lake, and Swaminarayan Temple.
Some of the things that you can do in the Rann of Kutch include camping under the skylit sky, exploring the handicraft villages, and participating in the Rann Utsav. You can also enjoy a wildlife safari at Wild Ass Sanctuary, embark on a camel safari, and explore the Dhordo Village.
Bhuj is a desert city dotted with many famous attractions including Mandvi Beach, Kutch Desert Wildlife Sanctuary, Aina Mahal, and the White Desert of Kutch. You can also visit Hamirsar Lake, Shri Swaminarayan Temple, and Prag Mahal. Nature lovers can head to Kutch Bustard Sanctuary, Pirotan Island, Banni Grassland Reserve, and Narayan Sarovar Sanctuary.

We were awestruck by this temple, the carving is sublime! We went Saturday morning and enjoyed listening to the temple music. It was really peaceful and calm. You can take lovely photos outside but inside just enjoy the experience, no cameras allowed.Thank you Gujarat Expert for a memorable trip!

I go to the Statue of Unity one-day tour, tour started from Ahmedabad with Gujarat Expert, and this was a fantastic family experience. The tour was good, with comfortable transportation from Ahmedabad to the Statue of Unity. Our guide shared details about the SOU. We had enough time to explore the museum and valley of flowers.
