Gujarat is not only popular as a religious destination but it is also known for being one of the most culturally active destinations in India.
With our Cultural tour of Gujarat which lasts for 15 days and 14 nights, you will be made to closely experience the incredible cultural heritage and age old traditions of Gujarat.
Upon your arrival in Mumbai our tour representative will transfer you to your allotted hotel here for an overnight stay.
After having your breakfast you will be transferred to the airport where you will be boarding the flight heading towards Ahmedabad. Once you reach Ahmedabad our tour representative will greet you there and you will be driven to Chhota Udaipur which is located at a distance of almost 4 hours. Once you reach Chhota Udaipur you will be immediately transferred to your allotted hotel here for an overnight stay.
After having a fulfilling breakfast your full day tribal tour of Chhota Udaipur will commence. You will be taken on a jeep to some of the traditional and ethnic Gujarati villages like Kol, Kharakwada, Timla, Devhat etc. you will be made to experience the tribal lifestyle and you will also have an insight into the life of these tribes. By afternoon you will be headed for a visit to the tribal museum of Chhota Udaipur along with a few other villages. You will be able to witness some traditional wall paintings inside their houses. Finally you will be made to head back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After having your breakfast you will be made to depart for Vadodara which is situated at a distance of 2.5 hours. En route you will be made to visit the legendary Champaner fort of Pavagadh which was built in the 15th century by Sultan of Ahmedabad. Other scenic specimen of fine architecture here are – Nagina and Jami mosque. Once you reach Vadodara you will be immediately checked in to your hotel where you will be spending the night.
Early in the morning after having breakfast you will be driven to Bhavnagar which is situated at a road journey distance of 4 hours to 30 mins which is an important trading post for cotton goods. Once you reach Bhavnagar you will be immediately checked in to your hotel. After freshening up by afternoon you will be made to visit some of the tourist attractions here like Takhteshwar temple and Gandhi smriti museum before heading back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Early in the morning after having your breakfast you will be taken for an excursion to the holy site of Palitana which serves as the gateway to Shtrunjaya hill. This hill is one of the holiest jain pilgrimage destination and home to almost 863 marble cut temples. you will be made to visit the temple dedicated to the first Jain Tirthankara Shri Adishwara and is also one of the most majestic looking temples in the entire complex. After visiting a few other temples you will be made to head back to Bhavnagar for an overnight stay.
Early in the morning after having your breakfast you will be driven to Gondal which is situated at a distance of 3 hours and 30 mins. Gondal is known for its gracious architecture and European lamp posts. Once you reach Gondal you will be made to check in to your hotel where you will be spending the night. By afternoon and after freshening up you will be taken to royal family vintage car collection of Gondal where you will be made to witness an extensive selection of classic and antique cars.
Early in the morning after breakfast you will be made to depart for Bhuj which is situated at a distance of 5 hours and 30 mins. Once you reach Bhuj you will be immediately made to check in to your allotted hotel for an overnight stay. The remainder of the day is free for you to explore the place on foot on your own.
After having your breakfast you will be taken on a full day tour of a local village called Bani. These collections of villages are the last set of village settlements on the border of India and Pakistan. You will also come across some traditional craftsmanship and other handicrafts items like ornaments, Clothes and Jewellery and this experience will definitely leave you spellbound. You will then be made to head back to your hotel in Bhuj for an overnight stay.
Early in the morning after having your breakfast you will be made to head out for another excursion on the east and south end of Bhuj. During your visit you will be made to visit Anjar, Banni, Kera etc. Finally after a day filled with deep traditional impacts you will be made to head back to your allotted hotel in Bhuj for an overnight stay.
After having your breakfast you will be made to head for Bajana. Upon reaching you will be made to go on a fun jeep safari ride to little Rann of Kutch where you will be made to witness some rare animal species like Indian wild ass. By evening time you will be made to some local villages that are located around the vicinity like the villages of Rabri, Koli and Bajana which are known to maintain their rich cultural heritage and ethnicity. You will finally be checked in to your hotel at Bajana where you will be spending the night.
After having your breakfast early in the morning you will be driven Poshina which is situated at a distance of while stopping en route at the iconic tourist attractions of Patan and Modhera. First you will be visiting Patan a fortified town, after which you will be driven to Modhera the sun temple. On reaching Poshina you will be immediately checked in to your allotted hotel for an overnight stay.
After having your breakfast you will be taken on a full day sightseeing excursion of the tribal villages that are located close to Poshina. You will be taken across some traditional silversmiths, potters, blacksmiths and other Jewellery, terracotta etc of tribal communities like Bhil and Garasia. You will then be made to head back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After having a fulfilling breakfast you will be made to depart for Ahmedabad. Upon reaching Ahmedabad you will be made to immediately check in to your hotel where you will be spending the night. After lunch you will be taken for a brief sightseeing tour of the city where you will be covering tourist destinations like Calico museum of textiles and Gandhi ashram. You will then be made to head back to our hotel for an overnight stay.
After having your breakfast you will be assisted to the airport for your departure where you will be made to board the flight headed for Mumbai. This will mark the end your journey with us.

getting the right tour package was my biggest concern. But the tour manager of gujarat expert made sure to customise a special package just for us. The itinerary was planned according to our wish. We were awestruck by this temple, the carving is sublime! We went Saturday morning and enjoyed listening to the temple music. It was really peaceful and calm. You can take lovely photos outside but inside just enjoy the experience, no cameras allowed.Thank you Gujarat Expert for a memorable trip!

I go to the Statue of Unity one-day tour, tour started from Ahmedabad with Gujarat Expert, and this was a fantastic family experience.
